Vlasta Redl – Galakoncert

A big concert by a great musician!

Vlasta Redl is a jack of all trades, composer, songwriter, singer, writer, studio musician, arranger, music director, and producer who has contributed to nearly 60 albums and is also the author of theater and film music. His musical work is genre-defying and therefore difficult to define, but his distinctive compositional and arranging style is easily recognizable, often combining the traditional melodic and harmonic lines of Moravian and Slovak folklore with progressive elements of contemporary musical trends (rock, R&B, jazz, funk, blues).

The new band includes Marcel Buntaj and Petr Ptáček on drums and percussion, Martin Gašpar, Tomáš Koudelka, and Michal Vašíček on bass guitars and vocals, Borek Nedorost or Karel Macálka – keyboards, vocals, Ruda Březina or Michal Žáček – saxophones, flutes, Matěj Morávek or Michal Vašíček and myself, Vlasta – guitars, keyboards, and vocals.

Concert duration: 90 minutes without intermission
